Products
We sell physical office desk goods — trays, cups, folders, labels and boxes. Product photographs are representative; natural materials such as kraft board and glazed stoneware vary slightly between batches.
Pricing
- All prices, shipping and totals are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD).
- Flat US shipping is $6.50, free over $75.00.
- We try to keep prices accurate; if a clear pricing error occurs we will contact you before dispatching.
Orders and payment
Adding items to your packing manifest and submitting checkout logs your order request with our dispatch desk. Payment provider pending — no payment is collected on this site at present. When a payment provider is connected, we will confirm your USD total before any charge is made, and a contract of sale is formed only once we confirm dispatch.
Dispatch and delivery
We dispatch from Hull and aim to meet the timescales on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Returns
Your return and refund rights are set out on our Shipping & Returns and Refund Policy pages and are additional to your statutory rights.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods you ordered. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction.
