Shipping & returns
How the harbour shelf reaches your desk, and how to send a bay back if it is not right. All figures in USD.
Dispatch
Every order is packed by hand at our dispatch bay, 148 Sculcoates Lane, Hull, East Yorkshire, HU5 1EE. Manifests received before 1:00pm UK on a working day are boxed the same day; later orders are boxed the next working day.
Shipping rates (USD)
- Flat US shipping: $6.50 per order.
- Free US shipping on manifests over $75.00.
- All prices, shipping and totals across this site are shown in USD.
Delivery times
Standard US delivery is typically 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the carrier and destination. We email a dispatch note with tracking once your manifest leaves the Hull bay.
Order confirmation
Payment provider pending. Checkout on this site logs your packing manifest and dispatch address only. No payment is collected here until a payment provider is connected, and we confirm the USD total with you before anything is charged.
Returns
You can return unused desk goods in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Start a return by emailing support@tegaoffice.shop with your manifest reference. We will send the return address for the Hull bay.
- Items must be unused and re-boxable in their original packaging.
- Return shipping is arranged by you unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong bay was sent.
- Once we receive and check the returned goods, any refund is issued in USD to your original method once payment processing is live.
Damaged or wrong items
If a bay arrives damaged or a manifest was packed incorrectly, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace the item or arrange a return at no shipping cost to you.
